Ardh Sainik Canteen Annual Conference 2023
The first annual conference of the Ardh Sainik canteen was held on the 5th of March, 2023; around 200+ canteen managers/ ASC franchisee holders participated in this conference from all over India. Shri Mukesh Mohan Gupta, the president of CIMSME (Chamber of Indian Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises), was invited as the chief guest of this annual conference, along with Shri Jitender Sharma, the ex-President of Hero Cycles as the guest of honour for this ASC annual conference. The chief guests conveyed their gratitude and best wishes for the Ardh Sainik Canteen team at this annual conference of ASCs. The conference was organised under the aegis of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.), which aims to promote the Welfare and Rehabilitation of the Soldier Community.
Shri Puran Chand Arya, the Founder and Chairman of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.), was one of the conference highlights. Shri Arya's speech focused on the growth and development of the Ardh Sainik Canteen and the overall development of the Soldier Community of India.
During his presentation, Shri Arya shared several insights on how canteen managers can grow and develop their businesses. He discussed the importance of keeping up with the latest trends, constantly innovating, and creating new ideas to keep customers interested?and?engaged.
The Ardh Sainik Canteen is a vital facility for the Armed Forces community, providing them with business opportunities enabling them to deliver essential goods and services at subsidised rates to the civil public and have a self-employment opportunity. In addition, the canteen serves as a one-stop shop for the needs of the soldiers, veterans, and their families. It is managed by a network of Ardh Sainik Canteen Master Depots nationwide, who ensure it operates smoothly.
During the conference, canteen managers from across the country gathered to discuss their challenges in managing the canteens and how they could improve the services provided to the Armed Forces community & the Civil Public. In addition, the managers shared their feedback on the canteen operations and suggested ways to enhance the customers' overall experience.
Ardh Sainik Canteen Annual Conference provided an essential forum for canteen managers to share their feedback and suggestions for improving the operations of the canteens.
