Ardh Sainik Canteen Stores, A rehabilitation program scheme is attached for your perusal. The rehabilitation is a big need and challenge for the country and rehabilitation of retired personnel is more challenging for the Government as well as for the Society. Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (ASWT) has taken initiative to assist the Government for rehabilitation of Para Military personnel to facilitate retired personnel and their family members to provide suitable work and to train to acquire additional skills in their resettlement through the best available options in the society. Ardh Sainik Canteen Stores a rehabilitation program for retired and family members of serving paramilitary personnel will help to provide small business opportunity/employment by opening a canteen at home town.

Operational Plan of ASC

  • Consolidated supply order of all items will be placed by ASC Head Office through mail to all authorized Venders.
  • Order Status will be indicated to all ASCs through Web application.
  • Supply of all Ardh Sainik Canteens Stores will be done directly from Factory/Depots/Carrying & Forwarding Agents (CFA).
  • On receiving stores by ASCs, delivery will be accepted by the ASCs through Web application.
  • Short coming of stores will be indicated in that online acceptance.
  • ASC HO after confirmation from concern supplier, short coming will be accepted in web application
  • ASC Beneficiary will make all sales through online web application.
  • ASC Can see daily, weekly and monthly report of Stock, Sale and Profit of his canteen.
  • ASC beneficiary will deposit daily sale amount in allocated account.
  • ASC are not authorized to place order and deal with any manufacturer.
  • Sale as per rate fixed by ASC web application by ASC HO.

Ardh Sainik Canteen Stores is a concept, in which we are offering to start a Canteen Store at home town like a Subsidiary Canteen. He will be the retail beneficiary of the Ardh Sainik Canteen Store as available in the market. Through this Canteen Stores paramilitary personnel will be able to serve the society in true way by providing only original and genuine products. All the citizen having faith in our soldiers, therefore, they will prefer to order our Canteen Stores for their day to day need, as buying by the Citizens of India will also increase happiness in Jawans family life. On the same way it become most important for the Canteen Store beneficiary to serve and support the client for his entire satisfaction with due respect.

Target and expectations of Ardh Sainik Canteen program

Beneficiary registration for Ardh Sainik Canteens Store already in process as Rehabilitation Scheme forwarded to all concern Ministry and Department for needful welfare support. Our aim is to provide maximum support to interested paramilitary personnel to establish Ardh Sainik Canteen as per there availability of space/shops. However, we expecting interest of ten thousands including retired and family members of paramilitary personnel in next two years.

Ardh Sainik Canteen Store is the first rehabilitation program for paramilitary personnel, therefore, this is a golden opportunity for all Manufacturer to support and sale their products though this Ardh Sainik Canteens likely to start in all nook and corner of India. These canteens will be run by the paramilitary personnel for the society through one program one concept.

Vender Registration process

  • Visit our website www.ArdhSainikCanteen.com and submit online request for registration. Must visit our website www.ArdhSainik.com that is a first welfare portal only for paramilitary personnel.
  • Vender registration form may download from website. Duly filled and attached all required documents and submit to our office.

Vender Registration Fee cum donation

Rs.21000/- one time registration fee cum donation under section 80(G) of Income Tax for the welfare of paramilitary personnel

Basic Terms and conditions for vender

  • The rates required basic discounted rates on FOR destination basis.
  • The stores will be supplied within 15 days from the date of receipt of supply order from ASC HO.
  • Payment will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of stores by the ASC HO.
  • In case of decrease in MRP, ASC rates will be reduced to the extent of percentage discount agreed and information will be given to ASC HO.
  • Special discounts/schemes if any shall be passed to the All Canteens immediately after intimation to ASC HO. Canteens are permitted to accept special schemes with the approval from ASC HO, if it is beneficial for consumers in some specific area/zone.
  • MRP of the products if found lesser than that of quoted in negotiation, lesser MRP will come into immediate effects with same percentage discount agreed upon and will remain valid till next price revision meeting with the concerned firm.
  • In case of quality of product and its contents are found to be of inferior quality than the sample produced or what has been decided upon, the agreement/contract is liable to be cancelled without any prior notice. (FSSAI/BIS/ISI/GMP/Drugs License/ISO/Lab Test/Reed, Pick, Count and weight/Factory License and MSME specifications/standards should be maintained time to time, whichever is applicable.
  • Firm are bound to supply their products to far flug and remote areas where Ardh Sainik Canteens are located.
  • Cost of unloading of products at Ardh Sainik Canteens will be born by the firm concerned.
  • If any point of time during the contract if it is found that market rate are lesser than ASC rates than your Firm will be liable to be delisted with immediate effect.

Negotiation

After receipt of proposal, initial negotiation meeting will be held at Manufacturer location if required by our Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust Committee members.

ASC allotment

All retired Soldiers and family members of serving personnel can apply for this retail business opportunity. However, maximum one ASC will be allotted in each Tehsil on first come first take basis. Applicant for ASC will be called as Beneficiary/Franchise of Ardh Sainik Canteen. However, 5 kms distance of each ASC will be maintained.
